Payment by Paypal, Money Order, Personal Checks, and Cash

Personal checks must wait 14 days or longer to clear. If your check bounces you are responsible for all bank fees incurred.
You must then make a repayment via Paypal, Money Order or Cash ONLY.

Cash is sent at your own risk. If payment is lost or stolen, you must make repayment or forfeit your order.

I'm sorry to change it but you can blame your fellow buyers.

TIME LIMIT: ONE MONTH ONLY for orders UNDER $400. For orders $400 and over, you have two months.
DEPOSIT: 1/3 of final total (including shipping and handling) - NON-REFUNDABLE. If you renege on your payment plan, your deposit WILL NOT BE RETURNED. I lose valuable customers who want your cel or lose money due to change in market because I am keeping your cel on hold.
PLAN: Are at my discretion to be discussed via email.

Shipping Information - CHANGED AS OF 2/16/06
I do ship within the US and Internationally - pretty much wherever the post office goes, I will ship.

Your cel will then be placed "On Hold" for 10 days - if I don't hear from you and/or have not received payment within this time frame, then the cel will be placed back on sale!!

Packages are shipped via Priority Mail NO LESS THAN $4.95!! However, Shipping will cost more if you are buying more than TWO cels because it is based on weight. Cels are placed within a Tyvek Envelope and then placed between two layers of cardboard. The package can not fit in a mailbox.

PLEASE NOTE: You have an option of choosing Insurance and Confirmation. If you do NOT take Insurance and/or Confirmation, then I am not held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Should this happen, you must contact your local post office and see what can be done.

Domestic Shipping (Ins/Confirmation is extra - you must pay for this - it is not included)
Insurance price is based upon total amount but goes up every dollar for every one hundred dollars (Under $50 = $1.35, $50.01 to $100 = $2.30, $100.01 to $200 = $3.35, etc).
Delivery Confirmation = $0.50 - This provides a tracking number for your package
Signature Confirmation = $1.90 - This provides a tracking number AND you must SIGN for your package

International Shipping
You may have a few options for shipping - Surface Mail (takes 4-6 WEEKS), Airmail (4-7 days), Global Priority (3-6 days), and EMS (2-5 days). Surface and Airmail do not provide tracking numbers nor can you get insurance. You can choose an EXTRA option - Registered Mail for $8.00 which provides a tracking number and you must sign for the package. Global Priority does not provide a tracking number nor can you add Registered Mail. EMS is Express, provides automatic insurance up to $5000, provides a tracking number, and you must sign for the package.
